Lantern Crest Temecula Assisted Living is a 49,212 SF, two-story senior living building with 101 assisted living and memory care residential units in Temecula, California. The building is part of the larger Lantern Crest Temecula senior living campus, an approximately 526,762 SF, 494-unit independent and assisted living community.

EFP provided fire protection engineering and fire sprinkler system design services for this senior living project. Our work supported a coordinated sprinkler system serving residential care units, common areas, amenity spaces, staff support areas, and building service spaces. The design addressed the needs of a senior living environment where occupant safety, dependable system performance, code compliance, and constructability are especially important.

This project highlights EFP’s experience supporting large-scale senior housing developments, including assisted living and memory care facilities within multi-building senior living campuses.
